Perhaps this would be a good time to make a conscious change by beginning to listening to your innermost desires, wants, and hopes.
Possibly for today, you might try today to do things that are healing and re-energizing–meditating, doing yoga, taking a soothing bath, or engaging in a hobby or activity that interests you.
Try not to let the needs of others distract for an hour or even less.
Doing something just for yourself creates a greater sense of well-being and increases the amount of energy you have.
When we take care of our own selves we put our energy into the most important aspect of our lives.
I know, there is so much to do and while it might seem noble to do things for others, unless we are consciously attending to our own needs, we will expend more energy than we have.
Although the energy of the universe is unlimited, it is only accessible when we find a means to positively tap into it, and caring for ourselves lovingly and compassionately is the best way to do this.
Often times, our inability to put ourselves first is an Inherited Pattern, it is also a Learned Behavior and the combination of both makes it very difficult to implement lasting change.

Why do I need this?
Everyone has Inherited negative energy. Are you aware of patterns or habits you want to change, but haven’t been able too? Possibly you are an energy worker and work on yourself, but would like someone to go deeper? Everyone needs someone. Your subconscious makes it difficult to go deep by yourself, that is why I often find hidden energy that my clients believe they took care of. To truly break free, you have to start at the root cause. That is what Healing Meditations do.
How do I get the login to register for the event?
Once you purchase, you will be sent an email giving you an opportunity to submit your personal needs for Lisa to help you with based on the topic of the week. All live calls are through Uber Conference Line and the details will be included in the email.
What do I need to do to prepare?
Drink plenty of water, the body releases energy easier when it’s well hydrated. Find a quiet spot, away from others where you can sit or lay comfortably. Be open and present as Lisa takes you through a grounding exercise and a visualization journey. Life is busy, that is the world we live in, but do not give in to the distractions call for your attention during the day and time of your Healing Meditation. This is your time, give this gift to yourself and show up.
What if I can’t make it live?
All Healing Meditation members receive the recordings within 48 hours, they are yours to keep. Lisa encourages you to re-listen after 2 days, so the subconscious can release more.
