“Be very careful what you say to yourself because someone very important is listening . . . YOU!”
John Assaraf
I absolutely love the simple power of that quote.
Because I don’t think the majority of people in this world truly understand and respect the power and vibration of their own words.
For this is a vibration… very distinct energy to what we say.
Especially for ourselves.
And one of the greatest challenges is that so many of us don’t even know how much low vibration self-talk we engage in daily.
Many times, those negative words we speak to ourselves sneak right past our consciousness. Slipping underneath our awareness and planting seeds of doubt, fear, and chipping away at our self-worth.
A very quick and easy example would be anytime you want to try something out of your comfort zone.
It could be something as simple as trying a new hobby like playing a musical instrument.
But as soon as that thought occurs, negative self-talk begins to whisper in your ears and bring low vibrational energy to you.
Self-defeating statements like…
“You’ll never have the discipline to learn that instrument, you’ll quit after one week.”
Or it awakens your previous limiting beliefs like…
“No one in your family was ever creative or musically talented. So you’ll never be able to break that pattern.”
This is why I have such a passion for helping my clients release the limiting patterns of the past.
The impact of epigenetics and the passing down of negative limiting beliefs stops self-improvement and is the most destructive form of self-talk.
But you might be reading this and still be thinking that words have no power… no ability to shape your world.
Thankfully, the inspiring discovery of the late Dr. Masaru Emoto revealed to the world the distinct power of empowering, high vibration speech.
He was able to accomplish through his groundbreaking work of photographing frozen ice crystals and their patterns. It even became the best selling book called, “The Hidden Messages In Water.”
Dr. Emoto was able to use science to prove how positive and negative vibrational intent and speech create vastly different results.
From whatthebleep.com…
“Dr. Masaru Emoto discovered that crystals formed in frozen water reveal changes when specific, concentrated thoughts are directed toward them.
He found that water from clear springs and water that has been exposed to loving words shows brilliant, complex, and colorful snowflake patterns.
In contrast, polluted water, or water exposed to negative thoughts, forms incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull colors.”
High vibration vs. low vibration. The proof gloriously displayed through mind-bending photos like the ones below.
If this much of a difference can be made inside the structure of water…
Imagine the difference high vibration speech can make in your life?
Let your speech flow with gratitude, abundance, and self-love always.
Love you,
Lisa
P.S. I wanted to pass along this wonderful quote to really let the immense value of what Dr. Emoto’s work did for all of us… Including YOU.
“As with Galileo, Newton, and Einstein, Dr. Emoto’s clear vision helps us see ourselves and our universe differently. Science and spirit unite, resulting in a profound and undeniable quantum leap in how we view our world, and how we can reclaim our health and create peace.”
