Are you aware that you are an empath?
An empath is someone who senses, feels, and understands what someone else is feeling and experiencing without having a conversation, whether they know the person or not.
While you might recognize it cognitively, most often it happens on a subconscious level.
With all the chaos in the outside world, we cannot be fence sitters anymore in any area of our life. My intention is to educate you about different ways that the world might be impacting you and why you might feel certain ways.
I want to give you tools and tips on how to clear other people’s energy and learn about how they impact your life.
Being an empath is a gift. Empaths are gifted and creative. It means you have a great ability to understand people.
And learning how to manage being an empath is one of their biggest life lessons.
If you don’t resonate with being an empath, that’s okay, it means it is easier for you to quickly recognize what feelings aren’t yours.
Fear is the most significant impediment to achieving one’s life’s purpose. We can inherit fear. We can pick up the frequency of fear from other people.
When we live in fear, it is impossible to step into our life’s purpose.
By paying attention to our stories, we can redefine our lives.
Become mindful of who you are and how you feel so you can address the situation.
You can always step into your life’s purpose no matter how old you are.
The mind is a powerful thing, and it will believe what you believe. It will believe what you say to yourself and it and It will believe what you create as your truth.
For me, “I pick and choose who I let in and what I let in my life.”
Speak up and own who you truly are.
