Let me remind you of the very powerful releasing pattern that happens with the replays, for this reason, please do not listen multiple times a day, rather, listen every other day and the subconscious will continue to clear from your physical and emotional body. If you listen too often, it will tax your adrenals, be good to yourself and do not overdo it. Please continue to increase water intake and be generous with yourself in your thoughts, words, and actions.
Support your positive transformation and allow ease in balancing by avoiding any incoming negative information. Unplug from news platforms and any social media that does not empower you.
These are special meditations in which negative words, thoughts, and patterns are released through the sub-conscious, easily, requiring no action on your part except to listen.
Amplifying the releasing process:
- Be one with me, as you listen, and visualize the guided meditations.
- Listen to the meditation in both ears through a headset or earbuds.
- Abundantly hydrate with clear, uncolored filtered water.
- Wait at least two days in between each session to allow your body to process and balance.
- During these two days, please avoid negativity from media and negative people.
The downloads are now delivered by Gumroad, an application that allows you to download and listen to the audios.
**To download from Gumroad follow these steps:

3. Click the white button that says View Product.
4. You can either listen on Gumroad or you can click the download buttons to listen on your device.
